So I have been growing my hair out for a little while now, but I have not been too fond of the results. I just think it tends to not look it's best when it gets longer. So I made an appt. for a cut today. I went in thinking I would get it cut into a nice, a-line bob -- but not stacked. I wanted the front to be just past my chin.
But... my stylist had other ideas. So I left with a 1" trim and a few more shorter layers to enhance the curls. While the trim makes it look/feel lighter/healthier, I really wanted to get the short bob.
I should have been more assertive and not so passive with the consult. My stylist is a long-hair fan. So, my stylist and the hubs win this round. (he is also a long hair fan!)
