I think it's very likely she's using botox and/or collagen, etc.

I would agree. Her face seems to have filled out a lot. Last season on Smash there were times when she looked -- how should I say this delicately -- a bit mannish. It was hard to swallow her romantic subplot with a bartender.

Don't know what to suggest, I suppose it's just a consequence of aging...?

She hasn't changed her hair much over the last ten years, but the blunt cut bangs are a little ageing as she gets older.
