How Often Do You Get Your Hair Cut?

I get my hair cut whenever my hair needs to be cut I don't have an exact time I just eyeball it. I usually get it done when my ends start to look a tad scraggly and I see some split ends.

For a trim I go to a salon and have it done, but between trims I look for split ends and trim them myself to maintain the health of my ends. I also use professional hair shears and this allows me to go longer between trims.

In 2012 I got two trims at a salon and as I said I trimmed off any split ends I came across myself.

You don't have to trim your hair on a set schedule, there are a lot of different opinions on this but if you trim your hair when you don't need to all you will be losing is length.
