Using the simple measure of how I reacted upon seeing the various actresses, for me, Charlize wins the night by measure of getting a "Holy crap that's hot," versus Reese's "Wow, she looks really nice."

Charlize looked great and did the best she could with super-short.

But only Reese (and maybe Jessica Chastain) did that Old Hollywood glamour style so perfectly. I give Reese top honors both because she did it so well, and because no one else even came close.
