Help hair highlights and color

So my hair was a dark red. The red faded and I got my hair done at Rolf's academy with highlights and touch of the same faded red. This is my second round of highlights and I'm still quiet mad that it's so dark. The girl told me that it's the safest way to go blonde.
I have a appointment next week for hair color only and I'm not sure what to ask for since I have a bit of roots. I'll attach pictures of my current hair and what I want to go to.
