Thoughts on this style?

This is similar to my current style...

But the back is a bit shorter with a slight bit of stacking to it. The front length is about the same as Charlize's. My hair -- when worn naturally -- is wavy like these 2 pics.

Any thoughts or additional suggestions? Still gathering some ideas. :)

I like it a lot; any style that shows off the nape is a great style in my book.
