I like both shots. A good reminder that through the years, Lisa's usually had great hair of one style and/or color or another. I single out her "exploding bun" years on Friends as a painful exception.

I also like how both these styles have some nice volume at the top -- not too much, but enough so they're not pasted to her head. That kind of volume seems to have been banished in the last decade or two, hope it's making a comeback.

She looks great. The first pic looks kind of old school news anchor - hair excessively lifted away from the face. (It used to really bug me)
