The musical is set in 1931 Berlin and the Sally Bowles has been depicted wearing the chic bob that signified that era. I have no idea if Emma Stone planned on cutting her hair, but since Williams hair will be about that length when previews begin in March they can just cut her hair Sally Bowles style.

If she was planning on long hair, that'll go on hold.
