Hello:

Sounds like your friend has low self-esteem. She really needs to develope some self-confidence in herself. Try helping her find activites that she is good in. Somthing she can do and do very well. That would be a start. Also how about a new look and total makeover.

I have a best friend and she hates herself and she always tells me she wishes she was someone else do u have any advice i could give her??
