I'm not 100% sold either, it seems her hair is 'just' below her shoulders, above collar bone judged by the last pic on instagram

I never trust "announcements" like this. RHW announced her last cut on her instagram, so I'd expect her to make some sort of note about it if she cut it again. It could just be a wig or some illusion styling for the shoot, and, as usual, an entertainment site jumping the gun.

I read somewhere that even when she had long hair, it included plenty of extensions. But it looks pretty authentic to me. Of course, she can afford the best, so who knows?

With a face like hers, any style would look good. A woman that gorgeous is unfair to all of us mortals. My wife looks at her photos and just smiles and says, "nobody looks that pretty all the time. Except her." Truly beautiful person, great hair too. I'd love to see her with something chin-length, but I doubt that will happen.

Yeah, the fact that they describe it as "chin skimming" kind of shows they're stretching to make it sound shorter than it is.
