Yes in 2007/2008 she had that nice bob in the movie 21.. Also in that movie she donned a cute brunette bob wig for a disguise.

I'm with Michael1. Kate has often been someone with hair I wanted to like more than I did. His description is very apt.
However, back in about 2007 she sported a bob for a brief time (link below). I really liked it then and this looks quite promising. Most women I prefer long, some medium, a few short. Kate is a medium for me. I hope she keeps it.

The new cut fits her face much better than the longer look she has sported in the past.

When it's long Kate has the flattest most boring hair. Long hair doesn't need to be boring. This is much better.
