Yeah, she is not hard to look at, to say the least. (And I'm a sucker for the hair over the eye thing, too.)

Honestly, I hadn't heard of Florrie Arnold, but I had to look her up once I saw her on the cover of the September 2015 UK edition of Tatler magazine. LOVE that hair over the eye look. What a head turner!
