I've never heard of this woman so don't know her history, but my instinctive reaction is this seems less like a "let's freshen things up" moment and more like a rebellion against QVC and/or her public image. This change is designed to make a statement.
I'm not a fan of the teal, but the rest of it doesn't seem too bad, would like to see more images.

Her one previous foray into short hair wasn't awesome, and don't know why she'd mess with such gorgeous color, so I'm not looking forward to this at all.

Shoppers tuning in to QVC tonight to check out the makeup and essential oils being hawked by Josie Maran may have been stunned by her appearance. Gone are her beautiful, natural-looking brunette locks. She's dyed her hair gray and now has bangs. Couldn't find a single photo -- and I don't imagine her new look helped her sell a single product. And most of her older looks no longer show up on this site. For point of reference, here's how she looked before the dye job on her QVC profile page: http://www.qvc.com/CatalogSearch?langId=-1&storeId=10251&catalogId=10151&keyword=josie+maran
