After rivaling Sinead O'Connor last year, I have to believe that she heard enough complaints about it from fans of her music to convince her that she had made yet another HUGE hair mistake.
That haircut would wipe the smile off even Joel Osteen's face.
This is actually a shoulder length wig for her current short concert tour while she is REALLY pregnant. She does appear to be growing it out from her near buzz cut a few months back, though.
Interestingly, the last short tour she did, she added extensions to her between shoulders and mid-back hair to get it back to “vintage” Alanis length. She appears to prefer the look of the longer hair while on stage. Go figure.
