Hi SandmanDreams,
Basically, keeping healthy and fit is the best way to help your body -- and hair -- to achieve your potential. Strive to take excellent care of yourself, and the hair growth will take care of itself. Also, learn to handle your hair very gently to minimize damage, allowing you to maximize the time interval between trims (and find a trusted trimmer who will trim as little as is needed).

Hair vitamins will typically only help people who were already malnourished and weren't getting enough vitamins. If you eat healthfully and exercise, your hair is probably already at its full growing potential. If you're not, however, vitamins and a better diet may be the solution for you.

I really don´t belive you can alter hairgrowthspeed with anything other than keeping yourself physically and mentally in a good balance. And keep your hair from the daily tear as much as you can, so the hair that do grow out stays nice and doesn´t need to be cut off. Try to focus on other things for a while and by summer, you´ll be surprised how much more you have.
The more you complain, the longer God lets you live.

I started taking Coral Calcium a little more than a month ago. Coral Calcium is supposed to help balance your body's pH level. My hair seems to be growing a little faster, although I can't say if it's really because of the Calcium. But since it's good for you, why not try it? I got the recommendation from another long hair website. :)
Well, from what I've read, those who have taken hair vitamins have usually reported positive results. You may be able to buy Hairtopia or Viviscal from this site.
Hey. I have a question. I was wondering if anyone knew of some ways for hair to grow faster? Vitamins maybe? I've heard of some long thick hair treatments in magazines..but I dont know if I should trust them. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!
