you get deeper waves because the roots of your hair soon grow in a wavey pattern because of all the brushing you have done.Basically meaning you have trained your hair to be wavey

If your hair is to long to brush you have to cut it. But how can your hair be to long to brush and to short to comb.Explain!!

I have just started trying to get waves. I decided to try and get an afro like Kobe Bryant used to have. I got my last haircut 3 weeks ago. My hair is too long to brush and to shortr to comb what should I do.
