Following the instructions they gave you, I found the following site which is probably what you want. (They said to search on hairboutique.com not the forums themselves, though I am sure there are similar guidelines in the forums as well)

HI! this is my first time here. is it possible that i can ask someone out here on what hairstyle would suit my face more? i mean i would like to submit a photo here of me and of how i look up to another person's hairstyle and see if it will look good on me. do you think it will be ok here?
