you can either get a perm or you can buy those flat iron with a crimper. you will have those wavy hair that you will dream off.

I have medium length PUFFY-STRAIGHT hair and was wondering how I could get a messy look to it? I want wavy hair and have no idea how to mess with it. Any inpute would be appreciated!
