Nice n Easy is a Level 3 haircolor. This works by lightening your hair slightly with an ammonia process, then dying it the shade on the box, all in one solution. It can only lighten your hair 3 shades. For me, this means going from dark brown to medium auburn. For you, with your hair, it means you went from intense black to medium black. So the dye worked, but the lightening was inadequate for your hair.
If you look at the box, you will see that it shows examples of what different starting colors will become after using the product. The reason they did not show your starting color is because the product doesn't work for black hair.
What you will need is to get your hair bleached. Now that you've processed your hair, you should probably go to a salon to get this done. Sorry.

its true. your hair is coloured but you cant really see it except when you go outside in the natural sunlight. you can see the colour out there but in indoor light they are barely visible. you cant color you hair now without bleaching your original color out now. remember to look at the colour chart at the box to see how your hair changes after putting on the dye. i am sorry for your mistakes
L'OREAL Paris Excellence Creme Natural Dark blonde
can i not just put it over the dye what colour shud it turn out if i have black hair will it even work ?
he bottle says it works for black hair as well (colour result guide)
it also says
aplication on coloured hair ? Yes
First, what color does the color guide show it turning virgin black hair? You have the box in front of you. Now, take into consideration that you have already overdyed your hair with a chestnut brown.
If you really want to use this, you should wait and call the support number that is listed on the side of the box, to ask them if it’s suitable.
I think you should take it back to the store. It is highly unlikely that you can use it to get your hair dark blond. And if you do use it, your hair will be more damaged than before, so it'll be even harder to fix.

chengy you cannot lighten hair that has been coloured with a hair colour. you have to remove the colour first with a colour remover or have it bleach out first. if you have bleach hair, you have to find hair dyes that can be used with bleached hair.
ok this is want you want to do if you want dark blonde. get a bleaching kit, just follow the direction on the kit, apply on hair and wait for 5 minutes, then look at your hair, wait until your hair turns into into orange or gold depending witch colour comes first. then you can colour with the golden blonde shade. the shade might be to light, but you can tone it down with a toner. good luck
eveybody makes mistakes the first time they colour. i still make mistakes now. like i say if the shade of your dyed hair is darker than the shade of your new hair dye kit you cant lighten it. you need toget rid of the original dye first. I dont know if you have Loreal Pre Lightning kit in your country. You can use that to remove the colour for your hair. The use Loreal Excellence creme in the shade you want to colour it back. This dye is perfect for you. or the easiest way to go, is to cut your hair the shortest that you can, and wait for new hair. the latter choice is the best because you can work on newly virgin hair.
beware, bleach is a very harsh chemical. it not used properly you will burn your scalp and your hair will break into pieces. i say wait two weeks before you undergo bleaching process. hmm if you really want the shade fo colour you want with your hair, go to a salon, but if you must go do it DIY just be careful. The type of bleaching kit i bought is non branded, which mean the store prepack it first. go to hairboutique to learn all about bleach before you do it. you can also find info about making a colour remover in there.
