Give it a week or two maybe. It' may not be about you. Its sounds kinda strange but give your new colour a little time to settle in, in a week or two it may actually look a little different to you or in actuality it may be different as it will have been washed a few times.
Why do you not like it? Is it too streaky or too bright or what?
Perhaps it's just a big change which will take some getting used to. Give it a while.
If you have decided to go ahead and get rid of it, what do you plan to do? Get the colour removed or change the colour or what? Make sure you don't damage your hair too much.
It's funny how some can make a rash decision and love it whilst others ponder over it for weeks and weeks and then dont like the way it turns out..... not that its happened to ME or anything...at least not yet lol

My bangs (and a bit of the crown) look too yellow-blonde. And, in certain lights, brassy. This was done in a salon. The rest is great. In fact, I love the rest of it--just what I wanted. I would have loved it if my bangs had matched the rest of it. But as the day advanced, they seemed to turn more and more yellow--and even strawberry blonde at one point.
This afternoon, while shopping, I wore a straw hat. :-) My stylist wasn't working today, but I made an appointment for Saturday. Meanwhile, I washed my bangs a little while ago, and a bit of the crown, in Shimmer Lights and added a few drops of the Red Out, or whatever it's called, from Sally's. Of course it's night, and colors look different, but I do think it looks better. But tomorrow's harsh morning light will tell the truth. Thank you for the advice. I believe that you're right. I might just get my bangs trimmed on Saturday and not go for lowlights (my plan) on the offensive gold/yellow areas.
This morning's update: my bangs/crown do look better. The "red out" from Sally's must have worked; or could it have been the Roux Fanci-Full Ultra Sweet Cream? I only left it on a minute and rinsed as I was frightened that my hair had become pourous and would soak up the color (and I am too ignorant about coloring to take that chance).
Anyway, it looks great today, but I am wondering what future shampooings will do. I plan to use products for color treated hair.
I believe that I am going to enjoy this change (wouldn't have thought so earlier). Thanks for listening!
BB...I would still touch base with my Stylist. Let her/him know it was too bright. They will tone it for you or at least make note of it for next time.
