You need a salon. Sometimes even the pros have trouble so don't try to fix it yourself. You'll only make it worse.

My good friend has really fine dark blonde hair, she wants to dye it blonder. We tried using John Frieda Bleach Blond to streak her hair but it totally ruined her hair (I am guessing it was the peroxide) we then tried using Clairol Natural Instincts but it didn't seem to even dye her hair. What is a safe brand we can use to lighten her hair? If there are steps that can be taken before/and or after damage to reduce damage please include those in your response. Thanks!!!
