hi. i will be using this product this weekend for the first time. is there anything special i need to do? should i shampoo my hair immediately before or the night before? do i apply the color to dry or wet hair? after i do the initial strand test, and if i don't like the color, how much longer do i leave the product on for?

Ok. Try and dont wash your hair before you color. Doing so will make the color not hold well in your hair. Also. Always apply color to dry hair!
