I'm about to begin the transition... going from a brunette back to Storm of X-Men's color. (My natural color is NONE. Like polar bear hair, absolutely no pigment. :) ) I thought of regular highlighting but I look terrible with blonde streaks, so am thinking of reverse highlighting it (if there's such a term) with medium brown until it grows out. Any thoughts as to why doing this wouldn't work?
I heard that certain hairstyles would assist in growing out hair back to its natural color. and I also heard mention of layering and perming as solutions but I think its such a drastic change that I'm definitely going to have to try to disguise it with color too.
