I have it trimmed every 3 weeks, Can you suggest a good protein treatment, I have been using the K-Pac treaments.. I sleep with it in my hair once to twice a week, also what is Colesteral? is it better then protein? what vitamins do u recommend to help the growth of my hair? Need all the help I can get, thank you...pss..My hair was a medium brown, then It was colord black then stripped down to a orange color, then had a carmel color put back on it with highlights, and now it is Orange, Blonde, ugly ugly..the more they try to correct it? my roots keep goin orange? any suggestions? thank u..

I use biotin, I take one every morning. You can get this at any health store, I get my vitamins at wal-mart. About your hair color I would find another salon, someone who knows what thier doing. I messed up my hair color 5 years ago and I called around and asked questions and found a good salon to fix my hair. But from your question it sounds like you don't want to go back to a salon, but I would. Just call around or go there and show them your hair. As for hair protein, I'm not sure? I deep condition my hair twice a week. Go to froogle.com I think this might help to find a protein pack for your hair. I hope this helps, good luck.
