i have been bleaching my hair for years but i have just come upon a new problem and i need help. after lifting the color from my roots, i put in a base blue level 10 color with 10 volume peroxide. when i went to take it out, i washed and washed and washed my hair, but i felt like i couldn't get the blue tint out. now my hair actually has a light blue tint that gives my bleached hair an overall dingy grey blue color. what do i do?
