They should be willing to fix it themselves, though this may or may not be the case by now. When you see someone has botched your hair, you should speak up immediately to improve your chances of getting it put right.

They're not going to pay someone else to fix it for you.

If you don't trust them and don't believe they can do it right (you may be correct here), you're stuck between paying somebody else or trying to fix it at home.

Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?

I'm having a trust issue with the salon though, I wonder if they can put it right considering they managed to mess up a fairly simple process in the first place.

They should be willing to fix it themselves, either the colorist who botched it or another in the salon.

Hi
Yesterday I went to a salon with an alledgedly professional colourist to have some blonde chunks put into my very dark brown hair. I have had it done before and it has always turned out fine. But insted I came home with uneven brassy tones, around 1.5 inches from the scalp. It looks hideous. Should the salon pay for me to get this corrected at a salon I trust?
Hope someone can help asap!!
Thanks
