I am an extention wearer for 2 years. My stylist has used both mega hair and monkey barrz attachment products. I have to say the monkey barrz is by far the best I have experienced for longevity. I buy my own hair which cuts down the cost considerably. My favorite hair resources are History Hair Factory and Super Hair Outlet. I spend approximately $2200.00 per year on extension services. I order hair 4 times per year and I have them removed every 3 months and re-done. I have not tried Cinderella Hair or Great Lengths (I was quoted $3K for GL). I live in a humid climate and exercise on a regular basis. I have not found anything better than Monkey Barrz that can hold up to my rigorous lifestyle. Any comments or suggestions?

Hi..

I have tried all kinds of extensions..u name it, I have tried it and recently I decided to try Monkey Barrz. I LOVE the product the best.. It's very durable and believe it or not, I install the extensions myself so it only costs me about $50.00 Canadian every 4 months..U may want to learn how and save yourself a bundle. I now do hair extensions for clients and love doing them (thanks to Monkey Barrz)...Good Luck..Oh...A triple mirror is essential in your application if you do them yourself!

Does anyone know of a stylist in the San Francisco area that uses Monkey Bars?

I actually have used Monkey Barzz for 10 years and Mega for 15. Love them both. I work in the South Bay and would be happy to discuss them and answer any questions.

I've tried the Monkey Barz before and I will never do it again. There are so many better systems out there. I do hair extensions and I would never put it in any of my clients hair because it uses glue. I've been doing hair extensions for years and I've been in the beauty supply industry even longer. And I've learned that no matter what kind of glue you use or how much you pay for it, it's damaging to your hair. If someone told you to pour a bottle of glue on your head, you wouldn't do it. So why would you pay someone to do it?

Hello,
This is Courtnee and I am an Extention Expert and You must be talking about the Oran's Wonder Weave Monkey Barrs. Correct! Out of all the Fusion systems fron the Wonder weave, The Great Lenths, Cinderella, Hair Affair, the Rancoon systems and what have you. I only like the french fusion by Orans. I work with hair from the everyday women and men and I work with people you probably see on the large screen and I can't say I found any better method then my Custom Sewn Net Weaves. They are Healthy and they have longevity. If you have any questions on my services you check:

How is this better than Great Lengths? How well does this work on African American hair with a knack for swelling to mammoth proportions as soon as the humidity hits.

you might want to try the Balmain hair extension that I have discovered. They use a carotin wax not glue. They will stay in you hair for 3-6 months. redsalonsource.com stocks this hair and all the tools you need to get started. They also have starter kits for $190.00 dollars which has everything you need to do Balmain extensions.

I live in the SF Bay Area.. San Leandro to be exact (next door to Oakland). I'm looking to get my first hair extensions put in. Possibly dreads exensions w/ bright colors and stuff :) but I'm not too sure about those yet...

But can anyone suggest a good place to go to?

I would really REALLY appreciate it!!!!!!!!! :)
(just email me at bree8569@hotmail.com, or message me at deprivedthoughts on aim or at static_starz on yahoo!)
