ok- you guys really sound like you know what you're talkin about-so here's yet another question for ya ;)- i'm getting extensions put in on July 5 (real quick here) and i made the appointment yesterday but now i'm really worried...my question is do the extensions COMPLETELY cover your real hair or does some of it show? i'm getting super straight extensions put in but when i shower and let my real hair dry naturally its really frizzy and not straight at all...when i shower with the extensions will my real hair (when it poofs out) come through? i'm ready to freak out i really want to do this...i'm getting the extensions sewn into braids-*sigh*
i really hope none of my real hair will be left out but when i think about it....i'm not sure how that would work if it WASN'T left out :S
anybody?

YOu natural hair will show for sure. The tracks are put in underneath your real hair, but it doesn't cover it. I would have gone with a slight wave if your hair isn't normally super straight. I recently had mine down with the sewn in way and my hair is extremely thick and has a wave to it if not blowed dried and straightened with an iron. I would double check with your stylist.

hmm thats kinda strange...isn't it goin to look really weird then to have a shorter length of hair (my real hair) and then the fake longer hair? i'm sure it will all work out though
thanks for answering my question!

No it doesn't look weird if the stylist blends it right. Just to also let you know I aleady took mine out. I didn't believe anybody saying that the sewn in tracks hurt. Everyone's different, but I have to let you know that I have a super thick head because I have very thick hair but these things hurt so bad especially on the side of my head that by the second night I was taking them out myself. I could not even lay my head on the pillow. I am just saying really think about it. It's in investment. I spent close to 1,000.00 to have mine done and took them out after a day.
