i KNOW you can put synthetic loose extensions in with pinchbraid because box braid is too hard for one person to do on their own head but can the loose one be put in with microrings? And how would you do it?

Hi Terra,

You can put in loose in a number of ways. There's a thread here called Extensions 101 Links that will link you to all of the various tutorials. Although pinchbraids can be done by one person, they're very difficult to learn, imo. Extendtubes or shrinkies would be easier for a beginner.

pinchbraids arnt hard to do at all with one person.
