DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS PERSON as the hair i received was like a horses tail and is suppose to be finest quality remi hair, it was so dry and brittle and had no shine what so ever. When i phoned to complain the woman went nuts and was very unprofessional, I am currently suing her under the distance selling regulations 2000 as she would refund me. Also her keratin sticks (which she claims are better than racoon sticks) burnt out after 1 hour and that was the large sticks. It also sputted and sparked everywhere (very dodgey) and this is the large stick too. A normal kertatin stick normally lasts me about 5 hrs

did you return the goods? Shell?

someone said you were given a full refund for the hair and the stick including return postage and packaging, and promised to send them back...

apparently they have not been received yet?

Well Connect-2-hair got their hair back weeks ago and good rid as i want only the best for my customers! so you can tell the person telling lies what actually happened Zephyr.

ps. it was 2 sticks and a pack of hair. not one stick. and 1 hair and 1 stick were returned to her weeks ago.

Hiya, Conect - 2 - hair contacted me and told me she'd refunded you wand was waiting for the items to be returned   Was she lying?

 

I bought a heat fusion wand off of her and that was dodgy too, it didn't heat up nearly hot enough and after it had been turned on for an hour it was still cool enough to touch without burning your fingers..  I did send it back though and she did give me a full refund including postage, so good luck :D

Kate - do a search on softgentlebreeze and one on connect-2-hair to read what really happened! 

P.s. the items are in her possesion as she received them back weeks ago. 

I have seeken legal advice about her and will forward her new comments to my solicitor for further advice. She also cant deny anything as her ip address will be loged.

Holy Snapping Bungholes!!!  That makes some interesting reading.  You know I really love this board, because unlike the local hairdressing community, people are honest and really share information instead of lying and being vicious tw%ts. Keep sharing the true info.
