I really love the way the do their eye makeup it's really gorgeos and dramatic. Anyone know how to do it, it seems kinda complicated but i'm willing to learn.

hillary duff wears smokey makeup which is totally different then mary kate and ashley. for hillary's look you should try a black mascara and black/grey eyeshadow. to make the eyeshadow look smokey place it ontop of your eye. also place a somewhat roundish shape of eyeshadow to the bottom of your eye. hope that helps!
