So many of you think that haircuts are a requirement of life for famous women. I, of course, humbly disagree. Well, the first six months of the year 2000 have come and gone. How about an informal poll? Please name your favorite and least favorite hairstyle change of the new year. I'll go first.

Least favorite: Calista Flockhart of Ally McBeal. Those short bangs look rediculous.
Runner-up: Lauren Holly. I figured her hair grew too fast to be that long, but it was great while it lasted, even though they were only extensions.

Favorite: None. What did you expect from me? hehehe
Runner-up: Jennifer Aniston. I'm glad her hair mysteriously grew to waistlength on the TV show "Friends." And I'll be just as sad when her tragic haircut becomes part of the show's plot during the new season.

Your turn.

my votes are, and because I'm a big fan of anchor (news) hair.

Worst

Joie Chen To big, to long, to MUCH hair, go back to the short bob

Natlie Allen, same as Joie, plus her long face makes her look like a horse

Maria Bartiomo, figure out what you want long short, but it is to flat and just no style, either cut it or grow it, but do something

Best

Sue Herra.. Has tamed down tons, bangs nice touch, very classy

Kara Phillips CNN WOW, layered wavey shorter very nice

Katie Couric, Very nice since it has grown out, kind of Sexy. To bad we all know it will be cut short again.

Not Sure

Jodie Applegate..I like then I don't, very nice, then to much.

Gord,
Has Jennifer cut her hair?! If so, I completely didnt hear about it. Can you give me any information about the cut or a pic, or are you just speculating. A response would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jay

Relax. Total speculation. But the way I figure it, why would they give her long, extended hair unless they wanted to cut it off as part of the story line? What about your favorite and least-favorite haircut in 2000? Come on. Lots of viewers. Very few responses.

Worst: Jennifer Aniston (too pretty of a face to get
lost in all that hair)
Joie Chen and Natalie Allen (short bobs would work)
Linda Stouffer (too blond - too messy)
Jill Brown (needs a change - too boring)

Best: Katie Couric (even cuter with it a little longer)
Lauren Holly (extensions or real it was bad)
Kyra Phillips (just plain cute)
