Lisa Kudrow was on Leno last night, sporting an above-the-shoulder cut a lot like the one Reese Witherspoon has had recently, with lots of long layers flipped out, a side part, and sideswept bangs. Looks excellent, and I wonder if they'll actually let her wear it on Friends this time, without pasting a wig on her again.
Best of all, it eliminates the possibility of any more of her "exploding bun" looks, pulled back super tight with those irritating pieces sticking out the back. Never my favorite look. Woo hoo!
I only caught the last 15 seconds or so of the show, but I did catch a glimpse of Lisa... her hair was shorter than this. Not incredibly short, but off of her shoulders with flippy layers. Looked very good, from what I could take in in that brief glimpse.

It was definitely shorter than those photos referenced by Jerky Flea. At first I was shocked. But today I don't really care one way or another. Lisa's hair comes and goes and she wears wigs and extensions, just like the other two Friends. Anyone know why she cut it this time? (OK, so I only care a little bit.) I only caught a few seconds of the interview as well. I prefer David Letterman's show to Leno.
Yes, it was shorter than the above picture. Just off the shoulders, really very much like Reese's long shag of late. I looked for it on Leno's web site, couldn't find it, but maybe they'll post a highlight pic in the next few days.
I haven't seen the pic, but Lisa K has to have some of the most beautiful, naturally curly hair in showbiz. i hated the "wig with bangs" stage she went through after she cut her hair. I couldn't figure out why they let courtney make a whole show out of cutting hers off, Jennifewr cut hers and not even mention it on the show and then completely cover hers up. I have neot been able to tell which hair is really hers[Lisa's] and which isn't in the past few years. I hope they let her go au natural this season too.

I think it's more of a character thing than a style issue. While Lisa looks great with her hair in the new style, it's just not the kind of style Phoebe would wear -- it's way too polished. So she'll still probably have the wig this season.
