QuoteReplyTopic: Paris Hilton- Brunette? Posted: September 28 2004 at 4:10pm
Is Paris naturally blonde or not? I can''''t imagine anyone having hair that naturally light... BUT... I''''ve yet to find a single photo of her with roots. Any comments?
Actually, that IS Paris Hilton when she was younger.... that picture was included in some magazine article all about her (I dont remember which magazine, though). I personally think she looks nice with the brunette hair, and to me it looks like her eyes are darker in the photo then they are now, so I'm wondering if she's also now wearing colored contacts to make her eyes blue.
She's also had a plastic surgery on her face (nose to be more specific) - a few times. And yea that actually is her. I saw that picture in a magazine. Interesting, huh? Just shows how money can make you look better!
It's Paris alright (who else would struck a pose like a fashion model in training? ), complete with bleached blonde hair, blue contact lenses, the aid of Mystic Tan, and if rumors have it correct, the help of a plastic surgeon or two.
AMAZING!! How often do you think she bleaches? How does she keep her hair so healthy? I mean, with constant extensions AND bleaching, should it not be breaking like crazy??

Tiffany, Women who bleach their hair often sometimes eventually lose their hair and go bald, that might happen to Paris Hilton. And her hair might not grow back, she might be completely bald before she is 35 or 40.
I think she actually looks nice in that last picture. I would never have guessed from looking at her now on tv and in magazines that she would look good as a brunette, but she does. I think she looks pretty now, but so overly made up. She should opt for a more natural look. I mean, I know everyone has their own personal style, but it would just be interesting to see her with a more subdued look (and that would mean darkening up her platinum blonde tresses-even if just to a richer, more natural looking blonde shade). That's just my 2 cents.
she is not atall atrractive....she looks old with all that make up and all the surgery she's had....who would've thought that it costs so much to look like a traller trash ho!
You also have to remember Tiffany, that Paris Hilton can also afford the best hairdressers/colorists, and the best hair products money can buy.
So while she definitely bleaches often, the chances are that her hair won't fall out. Technology, and the top line hair products and stuff she uses will prevent that.
Guaranteed most of the hair we see on her head isn't hers. That definitely helps cut down on the damage done to her hair - nobody would be able to pull off bleaching hair that long AND keep it so shiny, strong and healthy, especially with all the styling it goes through. Extensions make more sense for her since she changes her hair so often.
(Read the most recent thread on jessica simpson's hair. Someone posted info about why she got her new shorter cut and it has to do w/ damage to her long hair plus a greater range of styles that can be done w/ short hair and extensions.)
Paris is developing a good case of what the celebrity hairdressers call "Actress Hair". What this means is that with all the color changes back and forth and texture changes, after some years in the spotlight the hair is fried and a mess from all the constant changing. So then the extensions are replaced by wigs...lately the lacefront wigs with the spot extensions applied with everything from toupee tape to the smaller shrinkie type of tubes...so that it looks like hair is sprouting naturally.
Paris has been extended tons and tons of times. Her natural hair is probably somewhere between chin and shoulder. She goes to all the big name Hollywood hairdressers like Laurent D and in New York she has been to Fekkai. And yes, she is currently wearing wigs to get the dark look.
I saw Faye Dunaway on Ellen and she looked good. She had really long hair. I called one of her former hairdressers and he told me that she favors lace weave wigs with some fill in extensions. So that is why her hair looks so natural and why it is sooooooo long. But she does look great.
And yes..Paris has had a lot of work done on everything, not just her hair.
