Hi i was just going to tell y`all about my experience i had on my hair a while back.
Ok i first dyed my hair black because i really really like the whole look of black hair, but i saw it on my hair and i was like uuuuh no because my hair is extremly thick and black hair kinda is useless on thick hair (looks more gothic on thin hair.) So after about a month i tried to lighten my hair w/ another dye and a vol. 40 developer, i left that in my hair for about an hour and a half and it didn`t even phase my black dye any and ended up giving me almost an inch worth of copper blonde on the very beginning.
My hair wasn`t even fried surprisingly so i was like yeah!! i will be able to dye it again soon just waita lil longerand it shouold destroy the black dye. So after about a month and a half i tried the bleach with vol 40 developer and left it in for an hour. Unfortunently it barely lifted any of the black at all and made my hair about 7 different shades because of all my previous dyes i had in there.
So its been a month since then and it ultra fried my hair, i cut off 3/4" and there is prob only 1/4" left that is still fried (which will be getting cut very soon btw:P.) From the ends to my new growth this is the hair colors i have. Black, Brown, light brown with a purple tint, copper blonde, bleach yellowish blonde, white (which i am amazed since my hair has a natural red tint to it) and then my natural dark reddish brown.
Its annoying and looks very bad, but i`m not going to give up i am just going to wait 5 more months and see how it is then and hopefully majority of all the black will be out and i`m going to re-dye it:) (hopefully:P)

Ewwwwww gross. I am SO sorry to hear that that has happened to you. All I can think of is to re-dye it black to cover the crazy colours, and then let it grow out by itself. When it reaches a length where you can bear to cut off the black, then do it. Hope this helps. Love Catherine

That`s good. As long as you feel happy about it then you generally look good! Good Luck with growing it out and redying. Feel free to email me (pandas@keg-party.com) for any questions you might have Catherine
