I recently purchased this permanent hair coloring from Herbal Essense. Now my hair is naturally a dirty blonde and this is a brighter blonde. I have a short bob up to my ear lobe and I have a buzzed nape. I love my haircut, but in the summer I wanted to dye my hair myself. So please tell me some of your experiences or the worst that may happen.

Well I had it done yesterday.
My length reached about to my bra strap. They took me right away and asked how I wanted it cut, I pointed to the bottom of my ear lobes, with a buzzed nape. They started working on the back and took 10 inches off, before getting the clippers out. I was so scared when they started buzzing, it felt like forever, but they were doing it gradually, they started with a 4 and went down to a 1/2. Next they started on the front, they got the bulk off with the scissors, but then they took a razor and created a face frame that is nice and light, and bounces around. They razored lots of layers around and finished by curling the ends under my ear. It took my hairstylist about an hour, but she is a perfectionist!

But now I really want to dye my hair to a brighter blonde, but I want to be risky and do it myself, any hints or tricks of the trade?

So according to her two posts her hair grew about 12 inches in 3 months. Incredible growth!

Ok i just went into my bathroom, and I saw a pair of sizzors! I just was so close to picking them up and wacking off my hair. Dont get me wrong i love my hair! But I get a really weird rush thinking about cuting my hair!
Ive decided that Im going to get it cut !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a week or two.And if i hate it I will get hair extentions! so I dont lose....lol.... Im getting it cut to my chin and Im going to ask them to cut it shorter in back, maybe shaved a little! im nervous!!!!!! but i so want to cut my hair!!!!!!!!!!

Like right now!!!!!!!!!!!So tell me all the hair cuts you guys think are cute k!!! yall have been real saportive, thank every one im now ready to take the plunge!!!!

hey. Well heres the story. I walked into the salon, looking through some pic books of hair styles/ oh and I brought my best friend Barry with me/I was so freakin scared!!!!!!! Joy my hair dresser washed my hair and deep condishioned it. After my hair was wet I started feelin better about choppin it off. Joy put the robe thingie around me and combed my hair out/my hair is about 2 inched passed my sholders and blonde/ I told her i wanted alot of volume, and I wanted my hair to look healthy. And I said I was thinking about chin leng- and she said that would be a smart deci- So she parted my hair, and I looked at the floor and was like going nuts like inside my brain! and she started cutting!!! I was thinking I get my sef wrapped up in the weirdest stuff/lol.
I think the best part was when she blow dried my hair, and feeling it after ward. I think it was a good change, and I have now advice for any one thinkin about getting there hair cut

I KNOW IT SAYS IF UR FACE IS ROUND OR SQUARE OR EVEN HEART SHAPPED STAY AWAY FROM CHIN LENG- CUTS OR EVER SHORTER/ DONT LISTEN, ALL THAT MATTERS IS IF U LIKE IT AND IF IT LOOKS GOOD ON YOU! Im glad i cut my hair, i dont thiiink ill go shorter but it was fun

In late january , I got drunk with my boy friend, and I went to sit in the bath room, and he wanted to cut my hair, so I freaked out at first but then let him, I put my hair in a pony tail.

And wack! He cut my long blonde hair chin len-, a few nights latter, I wanted him to even it out, and it ended up being cut more 2 in, shorter, and the next morn I went to my stylest and she evened it out for me. That was 6 months ago, my hair still hasnt recovered/ its almost to my sholders. But all in all, it was a good thing/ I got rid of split ends, lol

Hi,

Im thinking of cutting my hair.Im have a oval kinda square face, and my hair is about 1 in. above my sholders/ straight and blonde.Ive never had my hair cut shorter then chin.

My boy friend thinks girls with short hair are way hotter when there faces are shown off.And Ive always wanted to cut my hair, but Im kinda chicken %*&#. lol. Im writing in bloopers because , I think Im making a mistake.And I cant afford to mess things up. Should I go ahead and cut my hair or not???

So I think there are three viable scenarios here:

A) Both of their hair grows at the rate of 4+ inches a month (I`m envious)

B) They both can afford to shell out hundreds for extensions, only a whack

C) The posts originated from some guy in his underwear from his parents basement
