Can some one please tell me what I can do to help eliminate having a sweaty head. When I sweat my hair get soaked. By day 2 or 3 I have no other choice but to wash it because it smells from me sweating so much. Any pointers upon eliminating an oily build up on my hair and scalp without having to wash it twice a week! I can''t wash my hair every day because it will dry it out! Any suggestions...HELP...Yeah I''m african american!

Why not wash your hair every day? Many people of all races do that,- especially during the hot humid summer months. It won't hurt your hair any.
Wash your hair often, keep it clean.

You know, I have the same problem and I have fine thin hair that I wash every day. I don't know if there is a good answer. I try to stay out of the heat as much as possible but I spend a lot of time outside in humidity. Anyone else have any ideas?
