my hair is very short and it spikes up and i hate that because i cant tame it its about 5 centimetes hiegh i want to keep it pressed against my head but i dont know how to can any one help me please any advice will be use full to me

Your hair probably just grows that way, in which case there's little you can do about it. If gel or other products won't hold it down at that length, you'll probably have to grow it out a bit until it gets pulled flatter by its own weight, if you want it to go down.
