i tried it! It doesn`t work, in fact it left my hair soft and fluffy like cotton candy. Not exactly the look i was going for. I have decided to stick with my old favorite, Citra Shine. It seems to work really well on dry curly hair. If you decide to give it a try make sure you get the moisturizing shampoo and the recunstructing conditioner. Good Luck
I have natural curly hair, have all my life. It`s a little longer then my shoulders, and moving here to Fl, made my hair frizzy for some reason. Maybe the humidity. But I have tryied Pantene sence the day it when on the shelves, and I love it. It works better then any other stuff I have tried. I use all the products that goes with it as well. The moose, hairspray, and it leaves my hair soft curly and defined. It may take 10 to 15 days to see results but you will. It`s great stuff. I have even got my daughter useing the silky stuff from pantene. She has streight hair, and it works great on her.
I haven`t tried it yet but I heard from my hairdresser that the reason it works so well is that its main bass is wax......... So if you want that to coat your hair I am sure that it probably does actually work... I want to try it even though it will leave it waxy! It looks so cooL!!! E-mail me if you want to.

Ladies, do not destroy your hair with cheap products like pantene. Just because they have great commercials means nothing. They use Amonium Laurele Sulfate and a bunch of silicones to coat your hair. Tragic results, nothing but frizz and a waxy coating on your hair - it don`t work. Furthermore, if you buy it you will continue to use it, and the more you use silicone based products on your hair, the coating gets worse and worse. Your best bet is to buy a more natural product, like aveda`s or a salon product with more expensive ingredients. Be good to your hair and it will be good to you, or at least better to you. I advise a hair sunblock to keep the best condition of your hair, and Mastey is a really good one. Only $7 and has the moisturizing factor. Also advise after conditioning, a small dollop of alcholfree condition in a small dollop of gel and putting on your hair. Also, "Lottabody" setting lotion is WONDERFUL for defining and texturizing curly hair, the best thing i have tried to date and it is only $3.
Goodluck everyone, i know how it is.
p.s. At least 2x a month do a quick vinigar rinse for your hair to get rid of styling residue. Just mix half cup of water with half cup white vinigar and slowly pour over hair. The results are great. Cheers.
