My friends little brother, 14 years old, decided earlier today that he wanted waves. Of course he is impatient and didn't want to do months of brushing for results, so he went out and bought a kit. Guess what? He #@$# his head up! I'm not sure if any of you know this, but that relaxer stuff thats in kits should not be left in longer than what the instructions say. Plus you should wash it out if your head is sensitive and you feel it burning. All I'm gonna say is that this kid is missing small patches of his hair and we had to shave his head just to get it to look right. I'm not saying for people to never use kits. I'm just warning you to read and follow the directions and warnings that comes with them.
