hey, there are many ways that you can keep your hair in control and get rid of the frizz you can put de-frizzing products in your hair or there is this great new service called opti smooth, you can either get the heat straightening done or the cold smoothing done. The heat straightening is a service that provides curly heads with pic straight frizzless hair, the cold smoothing system keeps your curls but removes the fizz leaving your hair soft and manageble but with the curls. These are services offered at salons and can be pretty pricy but they are worth it because they really save time and you will never have a bad hair day. These services also have to be maintaned i think they last about 6 months.
this is the site it will provide a clearer explaination on the services and where you can get them done:

hope i helped,
ps. i haven't personally gotten these services done however i will soon when i get my paycheck so i'll tell you how it goes.

-bye

After many years of searching for the right products, i've finally come up with a combination that works perfect for me. It sounds like you have the same type of hair as me, 3B thick, dense, dry, with a tendency to frizz. I've found that dry, damaged hair responds well to products containing essential oils:olive, avocado, shea butter.

Try Redken AllSoft shampoo and conditioner which both contain avocado oil. The shampoo cleans and conditions at the same time (about once a month you'll need to use a clarifying shampoo). After washing, mix a little of the conditioner with some Frederic Fekkai's Shea Butter mask. Leave this on for a bit in the shower, like 10-15 minutes. Rinse off, but not completely. Squeeze excess water out and most importantly DO NOT TOWEL DRY at all. I found this really made a difference in how my hair dried.

Any product applied to curly hair should be done in sections to insure that it really gets in there and reaches all of your curls. Section off your hair, and to each part put a dab of Frederic Fekkai's Olive Oil Glossing Cream and whatever gel works best for you (i like LA Looks). Scrunch each section after you finish applying the products to it, and then don't touch it again! Too much scrunching can actually cause frizz.

After years of buying cheap products, i finally decided to splurge just a bit. These products are somewhat pricey but they are so worth it. After years of straighening and fighting my curl, i've finally learned how to manage it. Sorry to ramble on, but i know what it's like to deal with dry, frizzy hair. I really hope this helps, good luck!
