My hair is extremly short. I usually have a very light color on it, but since I am also doing alot of swimming, I have cut all my color out. Didn`t wanna do the green thing. I`ve been packing on Cream of Natures conditioner. It is thick and stays on pretty good. It works it way out due to the water but my hair feels nice once I get home and rinse my hair.

Yeah, I use to swim. Swimmin' did not break out my hair. But, I use to put conditioners in my hair before I went swimmin'. I also took vitamins before I went swimming. And after I got out the pool I would take a quick shower and rinse out the conditioner. Then, I would go home and shampoo and condition my hair again. The only problem I had with swimming is that my hair kinda turned blonde, and red. I guess it's from the chlorine with the sun. But, it never broke out my hair..
