Hi, I was just searching the beauty supply store and I came upon a "Magic Growth" satin scarf. Has anyone ever heard of it? I have searched all over the internet and I can`t find it. Does anyone know anything about this new product? I found it Sally`s Beauty Supply. If you have had any kind of results with it, good or bad, please tell me! Thanx!
You know how you`re supposed to sleep with a satin scarf at night to prevent hair breakage? Well I saw one and it said that it has a "patented" growth conditioner "built-in" to the fabric. It says it lasts for two months. If you want more package details I will be happy to tell you. Just post a reply or email me! :)
I have a the magic growth scarf, and the ultra moisturizing scarf to be honest it hasn`t made a difference in my scarf, i only brought it b/c i needed another satin scarf. I really doubt that a scarf can make your hair grow.
Thanx for the reply. I kinda thought to myself that it wasn`t true. I was just kinda wondering about the conditioning one. My hair is really healthy but really dry. I was just wondering if the conditioning that it did was noticable enough to have its praises proclaimed....lol Thanks again!
I`ve seen those things advertised in a Black Hair Care magazine. Yes, I am gullible, so I thought there was a chance that they might work, but believe me, I didn`t go rushing to a beauty supply store to buy one. I don`t think they`ve hit the store in the DC Metropolitan area yet, unless people are just taking them off the shelves so quickly.
I saw it in a magazine too. I was just wondering about the one that said conditioner on it and if it really "conditioned". I kinda knew the growth one wouldn`t work, since growth occurs from the scalp, not the hair. Thanx!
I have the conditoning scarf. I haven`t noticied a difference in the condition of my hair, but the scarf does smell really nice, and it makes your hair smell good too.
I have used this "magic" scarf, and I really didn`t not see any difference in my hair growth. It was also hard for me to also keep my scarf on at night, so I would basically be sleeping with two scarfs on. If you do want to still buy this product I would suggest using the Satin Cap, since it is more stable than the scarf.
