Well as for me, wild growth and do grow helped me to manage my hair easier and I saw growth. Not over night, but within a month. Along with using those products you have to get a trim every 6 weeks

Do you put the powdered MSM into the water you use to rinse your hair? Also, I read on another board about MSM---they said that it causes your skin to break out really bad. Anyone had any problems like that? I haven`t yet, Thank God!!!

I receive about 1" growth per month. YOu can find these vitamins at GNC, Vitamin Shoppee or your local vitamin store.

You could buy Ultra Nourish. I hear okay stuff about that too, though I haven`t tried it. And then, you can buy the herbs separately.

I`ve been taking my One-A-Days every day now for like a week, and I got a touch-up two Saturdays ago, and already I`ve got at least a half an inch in someplaces! :O This is no joke. Maybe it`s a growth spurt my hair is going through. But I`ve also noticed that when I was my hair and massage Profectiv`s Break-Free and Infusium 23 leave-in conditioner in my scalp, I wake up the next morning with waves down in the roots. I`ve finally figured out what my hair likes. Also, I wear styles that don`t require me to comb or brush everyday. This helps to preserve the hair that I already have.

In order to grow our hair, first you need a good vitamin regimen. Most women reported seeing an increase of hair growing using certain vitamins:

Now for the vitamins which promote healthy hair, skin, and nails.

Hair Vitamins: I like a good hair vitamin to start my program. There are several out there. GNC`s Ultra Nourishair is probably one of the best I have seen.

MSM:

It helps to decrease hair fall out. It does this by assisting in making the growth stage of the hair longer. The longer you are able to retain the root, the longer you hair will grow.

Silica:

Helps your hair be soft and shiny.

Evening Primrose:

It has several benefits of which I will only name a few. Some of the benefits are reducing PMS, clearing up eczema, helping your skin glow, minimize fine wrinkles, reduce cholesterol, help with your metabolism, and cure hair and nail problems. It helps nourish straw-like hair. You should see results with Evening Primrose as early as 2 weeks of daily consumption. Your scalp should feel less dry and the hair growing in should feel softer and more nourished.

Flaxseed Oil:

Same as Evening primrose, the two should be taken together.

Biotin:

Now biotin is what really can boost your hair growth. Skin, nails, and hair rely on biotin to grow. So, if we feed our bodies more biotin, then our skin will look better, and our nails will be stronger, and our hair will grow faster and stronger.

Mg`s that you take in is a contributing factor.

To keep hair on head, wash with a sulfate free shampoo, as sulfates strip the hair. If its breaking and weak, use a protein conditioner. Protein is the only element that will attach to hair and make it stronger. However, its drying so it must be followed with a moisturizing conditioner. Follow with a leave in treatment/setting lotion or wrap foam and then apply a hair oil to your hair to seal in moisture. Roller set, or wet wrap and sit under a dryer or air dry. This should be the only heat applied to hair.

Moisturized hair equals BYE BYE DRY HAIR BYE BYR FRIZZY HAIR and BYE BYE HAIR BREAKAGE.

Ok, sistas, how do these products really measure up? I am determined to see my hair grow to my shoulders. It has never been past my collar. One sista just told me DooGro is a cheap imitation of WGO, and that WGO stinks. What`s the deal? And what about the hair pill " Ultra Nourish Hair"? I`d like to know the scoop before I go spend money I could use on something else, if you know what I mean.
