HF37 is a vast amount of hair nutrients and vitamins in a pill form that would cost a whole lot more if bought separately. You have to eat right and drink plenty of water to get the best out of them. I don't even take them like I should and I am still getting good results. They are not magic, you have to work at taking care of your hair yourself. A few of the important things you can do to grow your hair is moisture, not handling your hair too much, and protective hair styles like buns, twists or anything to keep the ends from overexposure to air (which is drying).
