I was wondering why you don't see too many black men with long hair. Is it okay for black men to have long hair?

You haven't seen Black guys with long hair?
Go to Chicago. Plenty of long dreads and other styles of long hair on Black guys there. Maybe not quite as common as long hair on White guys but there are plenty of Black guys who wear long hair in America, just like there are plenty of Black women who wear short hair!

I have seen some black guys with the real neck-length hair like the 3 musketeers.

in my opinion...WHO CARES!!! i personally dont give two hoots about what's okay... i think if you want to have long hair..GROW SOME LONG HAIR.. you shouldnt care what ppl say about you if you have long hair..i LOVE long hair..it looks good on anyone..so why not, i say..i want some too! i want it to be curly and long as my fingers ..go with you heart, gut whatever..do what you do as long you do it well!

black men can have llooonnngg hair if they take care of it. this one boy was 11 and his hair was halfway down his back in a braided ponytail. he had thick black hair too!
