I just started using the Aphogee , which I will use once a month. This is protein so you can't use more than that..some say just use every six months. Try it, you'll like it..and it will do wonders for your hair.

every other day since i am in box braids and my scalp is very dry as well as my hair. I use sweet almond oil.
