My hairdresser told me that I couldn't use dyes on my hair just color rinses. But I bought this dye on sale planning to use it when I stopped relaxing my hair in a few months. But I just went to the website and it says that it's ok to use on relaxed hair. Should I use it on my relaxed hair or just wait till I grow my natural hair out?

well personally.. i dont think that using a permanent on your hair is impossible...if youre not relaxing your hair thats all the better.. it should work better and your hair shouldnt be as damaged.. IMHO.. i detest rinses and any temp. color.. they dont last and color your skin the same color.. i used to live dangerously and relax and color in the same night.. but i wouldnt reccomend it. lemme know what happens...

What do you mean they color your skin? Well I'm not sure I'd want the color to last so I think I will go with the rinse. Just so I can play around with my hair without ruining it. Too bad rinses can't lighten your hair. I really wish they'd do that. Don't you know how at beauty supply stores all the rinses say for salon use only? Does that mean I can't buy them and use at home?

when i see hair thats been colored.. i can always tell that its a rinse because their scalp is a tone of what their haircolor is.. like if they have red hair, theyre scalp is the same color.. thats probably why there for salon use only because theyre not used correctly at home.. you can buy temp or semi permanent just in case you dont like it.. they come out in a few washes...

What are some good brands of temporary color and where could I find them?
