Yes Creme of nature is good for tangled hair. I have 3a/3b hair and I'm growing my relaxer out right now so I keep tangles when washing. But I've used it even when I was getting regular relaxers . It's worth the try.

Can you use Aussie's knot forgotten on dry hair? Like if I mixed it with some water and sprayed it on my hair to detangle?

What shampoo do you use? Creme of Nature has worked excellent for tangles. It gives my hair alot of slip and I never use a detangler anymore. A good moisturizer is good also.

My hair is so tangled. What should I do to detangle it without damaging my hair?
