Hi Jazz when I took Hair Factors I would get about a inch per month. I`m not taking them anymore because they are so expensive. You have to take 3-6 a day and it runs out really fast. But I found a alternative I`m now going to take 1,000 NAC- L-Cystiene which is two tablets a day. You can buy these at iherb.com or Vitacost. L- Cystiene is known to grow hair up to 100% and the hair contains 16% of L-Cysteine. So it`s great for growing out hair. Methione and Lysine is good too.
So what vitamins are you taking if you don`t mind my asking.

Hi,.I am also very curious as to how much does yoru hair grow in say a month???Isn`t the "so called normal rate about 1/2 in to 1 in???Mine is growing about 3/4 in a month now,.on the vits that I take,.when I don`t take these,.I am lucky if my hair grows maybe 1/4 in a month,...so,..in about 6 mos ,..it may be past my shoulders,.which is the hard part for me,..it always seems to stop about there,..if I can get it past there,.I will be very happy,.my dream is to get it to my bra strap,...God willing,...Thanks,.Jazz

I take 3 a day because it last longer. I used to take 6 but I seemed to get the same results. Right now I bought the 100 tablets. Get the one with 100 tablets its works better and it last way longer then the 50 tablets. You also will see results in a few months or less.

Hi everyone has anybody ever heard of Hair Factors from Twin lab. I`ts awesome stuff it has high doses of Biotin, Vitamin C, L-Cysteine, PABA, and also Inositol, these are all good for hair growth and health. It also strengthens your hair too so it won`t break and split easily. I just ordered more because it is a great Hair vitamin. My hair is so long and healthy now. It is is past my tail bone. I never thought I would get it this long and beautiful. Everybody here should give it a try.
